CORE TIME

Combining Pilates matwork and somatic and kinesthetic awareness exercises, we will strengthen the body, increase flexibility, release tension and inefficient movement patterns, improve posture, and facilitate new freedom in our everyday movement. By accessing our deep core strength, we bring our bodies and energies into balance. Celia is passionate about teaching happy, healthy ballet. The goal of every class is to keep dancers grounded in sound technique, while supporting the creation of efficient movement patterns. Dive into anatomy and imagery that will help you to enjoy the journey of ballet, while taking care of your body and mind. Come discover a new sense of ease, freedom and joy in your ballet play!
