Core Time

Combining Pilates matwork and somatic and kinesthetic awareness exercises, we will strengthen the body, increase flexibility, release tension and inefficient movement patterns, improve posture, and facilitate new freedom in our everyday movement. By accessing our deep core strength, we bring our bodies and energies into balance. We find our way back to center and from there discover so many more possibilities with ease and delight.
